Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times
Express Shipping (5-12 business days)
Standard Shipping (6-13 business days)
Economy Shipping (7-15 business days)

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $70.00

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Returns Policy

Return Window
Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, gift cards, and items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return
1. Email us at support@denimlane.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you a return authorization and instructions within 2 business days.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
